Sunrise Villa Policies - Property is monitored by security cameras (only the entrance), unreported extra guests and pets will result in $50/night/person additional charge. - 4 guests and below qualifies for $25/day discount on all reservations. - Guest Occupancy Agreement: A guests must sign a booking agreement 10 days before check in. Beddings and linens are prepared according to the number of guests in each booking. - Check-in time is 5 pm unless pre-approved; check out is 12:00pm. - All Sunrise rentals are smoke-free facility, violiations result in no refund on the $250 damage and cleaning charge. - Damage Deposit : A $250 damage deposit (check or credit card authorization) will collected for each stay. Guests are responsible for any and all damage they may cause during their stay. Liability is not limited to the damage deposit. If damage caused by the renter to any part of the rental property exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, renter agrees that they are responsible to pay the full cost of replacement or repair of the damaged items. 5) Pets: Pets are considered only in the summer season May 1 -Oct 31st: dogs 25 pounds and under, and 2 year and older are accepted at $25/first day/pet; $15 per additonal nights; $100 per pet deposit - fully refundable. 6). Lost Keys: Guests who lose the keys to the vacation property they rented are subject to a $70 (2 locks in a same key) change-lock fee. 7).Weather Conditions: We cannot be responsible for winter weather conditions, so when you make your winter reservations, make sure that you have proper equipment to drive in the snow and carry tire chains for driving over the passes. There are no refunds for road closures. It is advisable for guest to get adequate travel insurance for winter reservation. 9). Cancellation: Guests may reschedule, with 30 day notice, if they are unable to make it. Cancellations made with less than a thirty-day notice but more than 10 days may also reschedule but will be responsible for a minimum of one night or one-third of the charge for their stay (whichever is greater), if the property is re-booked with another guest in which case all of the money on deposit will be applied to a future reservation. In all of the above situations, guests will be issued a credit voucher which will be good for up to two years, no refunds. Reservations for vacation properties are often made weeks and months in advance which in turn eliminates the property from being available for other potential guests. Cancellations made at the last minute almost always eliminate revenue for the owner of that home for those dates thus no refund shall be issued. - 9). Reservation: 1/3 of total cost to reserve, balance due 10 days before arrival. $250.0/booking damage deposit, fully refundable after checking out. 10). The cleaning service is provided to the most competitive rate. Please make sure all trashs are in trash bags; dirty dishes are in dish washer; all indoor and outdoor furniture are back to the where they were when you checked in to avoid addtional cleaning charges.
